Welcome to KiddoField ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our daycare finder platform and related services. By accessing or using KiddoField, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

KiddoField is a platform that helps families find and connect with licensed daycare centers and childcare providers in Ontario, Canada. We do not operate daycare facilities ourselves but facilitate connections between families and childcare providers.

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of KiddoField, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use KiddoField. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features of KiddoField, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Permitted Use: You may use KiddoField to search for daycare centers, view provider information, and connect with childcare services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Use automated systems to access or collect data from the platform
• Redistribute or resell platform content or services

Platform Content: All content on KiddoField, including daycare listings, is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for verifying all information independently, including licensing status, safety records, and program details before making any childcare decisions.

User-Generated Content: Any content you submit (reviews, comments, etc.) remains your responsibility. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

No Direct Services: KiddoField is a platform that connects families with daycare providers. We do not provide childcare services directly and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or reliability of any daycare center or provider.

Third-Party Relationships: Any agreements, contracts, or arrangements you make with daycare providers are solely between you and the provider. We are not a party to these relationships.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using KiddoField, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features. We may suspend or terminate your access to KiddoField if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution clauses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiddoField and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any daycare services obtained through the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of KiddoField after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
